Shipping policy

You hereby agree that the delivery dates for any physical products are estimates, unless a fixed date for delivery has been expressly agreed upon in writing. For physical merchandise, TILTEDU will typically dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and the destination address. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and collected as part of the transaction.

In the event that you do not receive your physical order within 7 days from the estimated delivery date, you must promptly contact us at connect@tiltedu.com or reach out via WhatsApp.

For digital products such as online programs, consultations, or event access, no shipping is applicable. You will receive access instructions within 24 to 48 hours of successful payment. These may include a Notion page with the course syllabus and resources, and access to our Discord community. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information during checkout. If access is not received within the expected timeframe, you must notify us immediately at the contact details provided above.

TILTEDU is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, unforeseen circumstances, or incorrect contact details provided by the customer. However, we will make every reasonable effort to support you in resolving any delivery or access-related issues.
