Refund policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy


You hereby agree that all purchases made for digital products, including but not limited to online courses, programs, consultations, and event tickets, are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the transaction has been successfully completed.


Upon purchase, access to digital content and/or services is considered granted either immediately or within a defined timeframe (typically 24–48 hours), and therefore cannot be reversed, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances, including non-participation, scheduling conflicts, or change of mind.


For physical products such as merchandise, cancellations will only be accepted prior to shipment. If a cancellation request is made after the product has been shipped, the customer must follow the return process once delivery is completed.


Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:


  • In case of duplicate payment for the same order.
  • If the product (physical only) is defectivedamaged, or incorrect, and the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery along with unboxing proof.
  • If the program is cancelled or rescheduled indefinitely by TILTEDU and no alternative is offered.


Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days after internal validation.


In all cases, customers must notify us promptly by email at connect@tiltedu.com or via WhatsApp for further resolution. TILTEDU reserves the right to refuse refund or cancellation requests that do not meet the above terms.
